These pictures are in reverse but you will get the idea. We had a wonderful 4th. We went down to the neighbors cabin on the river for a picnic and swimming. It ended up being beautiful and bugs gave us a rest for the afternoon.
This is Kaj at the end of the day. It got a little long for him.
After being on the river all day we just hadn't had enough picnicing so we cooked out for dinner too.
Kaj was full of rocks so he wasn't too hungry at dinner time!
I don't know how we did it as kids, just sitting in that cold water for hours on end.
