Dressed

I would say that this week officially starts Kaj dressing himself. This morning he got on all his clothes himself. He was really working on it last week as well but this morning he just needed help pulling the shirt down over his head. If I get shirts with bigger openings the problem will be solved.

This weekend we worked on cleaning up the daycare, getting ready for the busy summer ahead and then on Sunday we worked on getting the garden ready. I really like doing pumkins and squash but they took over the whole garden last year so I needed a spot that they could grow by themselves and I have been pestering Skinner about where that could happen. Finally he decided that we could just extend the current garden and make a viny plant area. It is awesome and I am glad that it is all still right together.

The guy we got the horses from is trying to give us another horse. Not sure if Skinner is going to go for it. I like the idea because she is already trained. Skinner decided that he should maybe try to get up on to Tara. That did not go so well and he discovered that the road seems a bit harder now that he is 47.

Last night we had dinner with Grandpa Jim and then went and visited Grandpa Bill. Bill was in great spirits. He is just such a good guy.

Kaj was a big helper as always.
