This post is totally backwards. Starting with this picture which is the kids after they took a hike down the river with their Dad. As I type this an hour and a half later Kaj is still sleeping in the shop.

This was this morning way before the hike. The snow is so hard that you can run anywhere! 
It just looks wierd.

And very curious. It is hard to get a picture because he is always trying to see what is that thing in your hand. 
Gramma and Grampa came over and enjoyed some fun in snow. Can you see Grampa's feet in the air as he slides down the hill on his back.

Now I'M the one who usually wants a good nap after a hike on a day like this, but I'm surprised it took the stuffings right out of the kiddlies. Looks like a good time was had by all including Gramma and Grandpa! Can't wait to see pictures of Romeo hooked up to his cart.
