Catching up

 Kaj down by the Devil Track this spring

 We have been experimenting with different curling methods on Brandi's hair.  This is the rag method, very effective I would say.  She is here for spring break this week and after six days together with Kaj straight she just asked today if she could go and play with a friend.  They have had a wonderful time.  Brandi also had a dental visit and is cavity free.  One baby tooth doesn't want to come out but she is supposed to work on it when she is bored.  Hopefully she can get it out by summer.  She is a little excited about going to Hiawatha this summer.  I hope she has as much fun as she did at Vermillion last year.  That and Cousin Bailey coming I think are going to be her highlights.  But I of course will post what were all the highlights at the end of the summer and see if I am correct.

 I think that we might have the laziest horses.  Skinner got a round bale of hay this spring and the horses ate and ate and walked on it and turned it into a large bed.
